We liked Bryce from the moment that we met him at the front door of Walser Buick.He was personable ,was immediately ready to answer any questions about the car we were interested in.He made buying a car an excellent experience.He talked to me like an old friend while our car was being test driven for a trade in.we were with him for almost 3 hours as the finance department was quite busy,even though we were paying cash .He even offered to have our new-used car taken to have it rustproofed,paint protected,and leather conditioned during the week that we were getting our cash together to buy it.He followed through and had the services done to our car during that week before we picked it up.We needed to get the lien waiver from our trade-in from a bank in California.We e-mailed back and forth almost every day with his reassurance that I was not bugging him.He was always assuring me that things would work out.We didn't get to see him when we picked up our car but two other gentlemen answered our questions and sent us on our way in short order.Bryce was selling a car to someone else,but we had wanted to thank him for making our car buying experience fun and not a nightmare.It turns out the dealership needed a hard copy of the lien waiver and we had to wait another few days for that but once again we communicated by e-mail and he assured me that I was not a pest just a worrier as I had told him I was.I would buy another car from this dealer in the future and would definitely ask for Bryce Koke.
