I was looking for a new 2024 F350. I test drove one at Mills, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. It didn't take long for the sales manager to locate one at a different dealership and arrange a dealer swap. Mills also gave me a… great price on my trade in. Everyone at Mills that I interacted with was professional and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and found that vehicle for me.

He was willing to take the time to email me as well as meet with me when it was convenient for me. I told him what I was looking for and he found the… Suburban. I loved it instantly, but it was my husband that had to be convinced. Since my husband wasn't able to be with me, Chuck allowed me to take the Suburban home to show my husband. He was very impressed and felt like it was an awesome find. I got to drive it home for good that night! Overall, I am always impressed by the service at Mills Ford. Monty did a nice job keeping me informed on the progress and what to expect during my… visit. I was excited to see my car had been washed and dried and looking great when I left and that they had even washed my dirty winter floor mats. great service, fair price, Ill be back in 3000 miles for my next oil change!(:Great service

Eric made a very stressful situation not so stressful and he worked hard to get the issue resolved… in a timely manner. He is friendly and efficient! Not fond of your new business model for the Quick Lane… service, but as long as you have employees like Monte, I will return. She brought the car to our house, which was nice but we would have liked to just pick it up the next day. The car was not washed and all the options… were not explained to us. I had to go into Mills at a later date to learn how to operate all the functions on the car. I have had all the service work done at Mills since purchasing the vehicle and I have been very pleased with the service and work done. The staff have been very pleasant and efficient to work with.Pleasurable new car shopping

Our salesman was friendly, listened and found us a vehicle that had all we were asking for.… The loan department and Ford got us a fantastic rate and the price was fantastic on the vehicle as well. Everyone at Mills Motors were helpful, friendly and very informative on options. Our salesman walked thru all the features on the vehicle and how to use them. We are very pleased with our new 2016 Ford Escape and thank you Brian Smith :)Wonderful staff

He has gotten to know our likes and tastes in cars and trucks. He works with us and we usually end up getting something better… than what we planned on purchasing, whether it's a better price or package on a vehicle, or in the case of our most recent purchase, a vehicle we hadn't even considered. And this car was way above our expectations. We never saw ourselves owning a Lucerne, let alone the CVX! We look forward to many pleasant miles on the road and a continued friendship with Don and his family.
