I got in touch with Chuck Cole because he had helped us purchase a vehicle before. He was willing to take the time to email me as well as meet with me when it was convenient for me. I told him what I was looking for and he found the Suburban. I loved it instantly, but it was my husband that had to be convinced. Since my husband wasn't able to be with me, Chuck allowed me to take the Suburban home to show my husband. He was very impressed and felt like it was an awesome find. I got to drive it home for good that night! Overall, I am always impressed by the service at Mills Ford. I am a life-long customer!
