onWe bought my 2011 Escape in January of 2014. We felt rushed by the sales person that day. She brought the car to our house, which was nice but we would have liked to just pick it up the next day. The car was not washed and all the options were not explained to us. I had to go into Mills at a later date to learn how to operate all the functions on the car. I have had all the service work done at Mills since purchasing the vehicle and I have been very pleased with the service and work done. The staff have been very pleasant and efficient to work with.
