Love my new car
by Barbara on 09/22/2024updated 10/01/2024We had a great time..our sales man treated us like old friends and by the time we left I felt like we were ..Micheal is just the greatest..he went through everything on the car even though I can't remember most of out but that's why there… are manuals. But not to over state we had a great time even though we bought a large purchase we enjoyed evey minute of it because of our wonderful salesman thank you so much Michael !Excellent visit and transaction!

I've dealt with a variety of different salesman and Steve Wehby here… at Serra will stand out as one of the few that I will ever try to deal with in the future. 2017 used Acadia

His customer service was top notch and knows how to treat customers.… I dealt with him and Joe for finance and both of them were outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a used or new vehicle. Nobody was pushy or had an attitude at any point in time. Pressure Free, Loads of Assistance!
by LJ on 06/05/2019Recently found used vehicle online. Called and randomly reached Charlie, my lucky day! Set an appointment to test drive and this dealer is over an hour, 70 miles from my home. He spent close to 3 hours with me test driving not only the used… vehicle in stock but offering me Buick, GMC and Kia new car options. He took time to explain features along with helping me weigh the options of this purchase. I spent almost 4 months researching, testing multiple manufacturers and couldn't have found a better place to make my final purchase. Serra Buick GMC is a lucky dealership having Charlie on staff. Customer service and ethics are alive and well at Serra!
by k2cjm on 05/30/2019Too often, we only write reviews when something negative occurs or when we're pissed off. But I can't say enough good things about the sales folks at Serra Buick in Washington Township. Nine months after purchasing my used truck, water… stains began to appear on the headliner. After further inspection, it was determined that the roof had been crushed in and completely replaced. The welds and rear window installation were poorly done, causing the leaking. Neither Serra or myself could have known about the damaged roof as there were no signs at the time of purchase or even months later. Nothing showed up on the CarFax either. I'll be completely honest, when I called to see if Serra would cover some of the costs, I wasn't exactly holding my breath. But after explaining the situation to my sales guy Brad and the sales manager (?) Bob, they immediately agreed to cover most of the body work costs. As a result, they have a customer for life! I applaud their professionalism and ethics when they could have easily said "not our problem." Thank you again, fellas!Thanks for your very kind review! He showed me around the dealership and introduced me to Linda Berishaj… in finance. She was so sweet and answered any questions. I immediately decided to lease a car with Kola and the paperwork process with Linda was fast and easy. This duo is amazing and made this my best car buying experience at a dealer. Also, I had to bring in my 2010 G6 for recall issues and Marlene, in service, kept me updated on the service… provided pertaining to the recall and length of time it would be for the issues to be fixed. These three individuals, in my view, are wonderful assets to the dealership.Great Experience

The entire process went very smoothly. I never felt pressured or hustled.… Bernard had the answers to all of my questions and gave me the impression that you run a first class dealership. His name is Dan McBride and was one of the friendliest and helpful salespeople I have ever dealt with. Dan… personally pulled up the vehicle I wanted to test drive and while I was out got all the numbers together to lease or buy the vehicle. After talking about my current vehicle and what I needed in a new one, Dan was able to fit me in a vehicle that was right for me. Plus Dan was able to help pay off some fees I owed on my current lease as well as prepare all the documents behind the scenes so when I came in to pick up the vehicle, the process went very smoothe. Bob also took LOTS of time to be sure that I knew all of the features of my new Buick. And lastly, the… dealership gave me a fantastic deal on my trade in.
