Bob asked questions that got us additional rebates. This has never happened at other dealers, though we would have been eligible. Bob also took LOTS of time to be sure that I knew all of the features of my new Buick. And lastly, the dealership gave me a fantastic deal on my trade in. Much better than the dealer we had used in the past.
