Love my new car

We had a great time..our sales man treated us like old friends and by the time we left I felt like we were ..Micheal is just the greatest..he went through everything on the car even though I can't remember most of out but that's why there… are manuals. But not to over state we had a great time even though we bought a large purchase we enjoyed evey minute of it because of our wonderful salesman thank you so much Michael !

When I got there I told them I had another appointment afterward and needed to get out of there ASAP. It ended up being done in about… 30 minutes, which I really appreciated!Buick is Best in Class

by padgett19 on 02/24/2015This is my first time leasing a GMC and my first time bringing it in for service I wasn't aware of the saturday quick lube rules and Emilio Mendez was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain the procedures for ther service… dept and allowed me to drop the vehicle off for an oil change even though they werent supposed too. I do recommend however letting customers drop off for oil changes on saturdays instead of having to sit in their vehicle and wait in line. It's much nicer to be able to wait in the lounge especially when its as busy as it was. its too cold to sit outside with your car running that long. besides that everything was great and everyone was extremely pleasent I'am very happy with the dealer and my vehicleFantastic Dealer Experience.

(recall no charge) Had a cup of coffee, a ride home ,a phone call with in 2hrs telling me my car was ready(as promised) their driver came and picked me up,… paid my bill (had oil Changed) received a chocolate chip cookie. Your staff treat us well in service details. I came for oil change and left with a bill of 400 plus but it… was all service I needed> BUT the big problem I had this time was there were no donuts left and I had to go to the cashier for a cookie. This was just 8 am too early to run out of donuts. But in spite of this disappointment I will return. Dave F.C
