First oil change visit

This is my first time leasing a GMC and my first time bringing it in for service I wasn't aware of the saturday quick lube rules and Emilio Mendez was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain the procedures for ther service dept and allowed me to drop the vehicle off for an oil change even though they werent supposed too. I do recommend however letting customers drop off for oil changes on saturdays instead of having to sit in their vehicle and wait in line. It's much nicer to be able to wait in the lounge especially when its as busy as it was. its too cold to sit outside with your car running that long. besides that everything was great and everyone was extremely pleasent I'am very happy with the dealer and my vehicle
