Crest isn't the only dealership that we have gone through the doors of, but it's the only one we leave as new car owners. I called our usual… salesperson, Chris Tessmar, as we were in the area and wanted to see what was available. After leaving a message we were surprised to get a return call from him while he vacationed out of state. Chris made arrangements for our visit where a car was selected with the assistance of Porsche, the actual sale occurred a few days later when he returned. Chris and Angela Robbins handled the paperwork, and we left with the car. Crest's service center has always cared for us and our cars in the past and I'm confident that the caring will continue.Good Customer service

Post-sale review of the vehicle was very detailed and covered all aspects and options included. Financing options… were clear-cut without hidden traps. Assisted in linking my phone with the vehicle's software, wi-fi, and blue tooth. Likely my most favorable dealer experience so far.

by sbrownell on 06/25/2017Took delivery of my 2013 Fusion Hybrid exactly one week before the 12v battery began failing...in a 5-year old car. I returned for service, and Nancy and Leroy took great care of me. The replacement battery was not billed, which was… appropriate and for which I am grateful. Any car marketed as a high-quality used car should be equipped with a new battery if the existing is more than 3 years old. It's too simple, low-cost and considerate to the buyer not to do this. Finally, that this vehicle was owned by a smoker was expertly masked, which I discovered a few days after delivery. I didn't think to ask, but certainly will in the future.Great service on New Car Purchase
