onTook delivery of my 2013 Fusion Hybrid exactly one week before the 12v battery began failing...in a 5-year old car. I returned for service, and Nancy and Leroy took great care of me. The replacement battery was not billed, which was appropriate and for which I am grateful. Any car marketed as a high-quality used car should be equipped with a new battery if the existing is more than 3 years old. It's too simple, low-cost and considerate to the buyer not to do this. Finally, that this vehicle was owned by a smoker was expertly masked, which I discovered a few days after delivery. I didn't think to ask, but certainly will in the future.
