Service Reps advice saved me at least 1,000 dollars

After review of the problem the Service Rep recommended to take my car to a muffler shop that could make the small repair without having to replace the entire muffler system. Normally very happy!
by Sandy on 12/01/2022We have used Serra Chevrolet for all our vehicles and have always been great. But this time was not good. Took a while when I arrived for my appointment for anyone to help me. And then about 30 minutes after I set in the customers area I… see my car by the door. I was not sure if it had left the entrance area. So I waited and no one came to tell me anything. I waited 30 minutes and then asked what was going on with my car. It was done and had been done for 30 minutes or more. If I wouldn't have asked I would have set there much longer. The person who checked me in was not at his desk. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE this time. I hope this is not the future of Serra Chevrolet. I will try them again.It appears the impression you received during your recent visit at our dealership does not reflect our standards of customer service. Very bad shut up
by Phil on 11/11/2022Very bad [non-permissible content removed] up, they have three bays, cars lined up behind all three. If you choose the Wrong lane. you can watch cars that were there 15 or 20 minutes after you go through and come out and you could still be… setting there. That happened to me today. And it was over 20 minutes. I bought my Toyota 2014 there, and had my oil change there.I’m looking to go to the Toyota dealer in Bay City and see if they’re better. I don’t mind waiting in line. Great service with honest and transparent people
