Normally very happy!

We have used Serra Chevrolet for all our vehicles and have always been great. But this time was not good. Took a while when I arrived for my appointment for anyone to help me. And then about 30 minutes after I set in the customers area I see my car by the door. I was not sure if it had left the entrance area. So I waited and no one came to tell me anything. I waited 30 minutes and then asked what was going on with my car. It was done and had been done for 30 minutes or more. If I wouldn't have asked I would have set there much longer. The person who checked me in was not at his desk. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE this time. I hope this is not the future of Serra Chevrolet. I will try them again.
