Very bad [non-permissible content removed] up, they have three bays, cars lined up behind all three. If you choose the Wrong lane. you can watch cars that were there 15 or 20 minutes after you go through and come out and you could still be setting there. That happened to me today. And it was over 20 minutes. I bought my Toyota 2014 there, and had my oil change there.I’m looking to go to the Toyota dealer in Bay City and see if they’re better. I don’t mind waiting in line. But it’s bad when cars that arrived long after you go through first. Phil walker
