Awful service
by The 2015 gmc red on lin on 09/12/2020They told me to come in for test drive then wen I got there.they told me the car was sold..then they said they had the car but didn't have the key.then wen I looked at the car the was a dent and a lot of scratches and they said that they… will not fix it until someone is willing to by....Who does business like this..I'm not spending over 13,000 for a car with damage...there service is horrible..I would not trust them with buying a car!Hello, we are disappointed to hear that your experience was anything less than great. Nightmare at Feldman
by IrateChevy on 12/23/2019So my engine light came on, so I made an appointment. I arrived at said appointment, took the shuttle to work. Got a call a few hours later saying they were too busy and needed to get me a loaner because it would take a while to figure out… why my engine light is on. So I take the shuttle back. Then I go home. The next morning my truck wont start. I use GM roadside assistance for a jump. Then the next day same thing happens. I am told its my battery. I go in for battery service. They say it failed load test and new battery is installed. I pay out of pocket as my truck is at 37000 miles and warranty is at 36000. The next day, my new battery is dead. My leased truck is currently sitting dead in my driveway until I can get in for my loaner car appointment. This is taking place over about 3 weeks. Do you know what its like paying a lease payment on a vehicle that is inoperable? It makes you feel like [non-permissible content removed] Feldman has made me the customer feel like shit. I will not recommend to anyone that wants an enjoyable car owning or leasing experience. I will tell them to avoid at all costs. I will subsequently tell them to avoid all GM vehicles and dealers at all costs. So far, Feldman has done nothing to make me the customer feel any positive emotion. They seem to not care or want to work with me to keep me as a customer. All they have done has made me want to get this vehicle fixed up enough to turn in elsewhere and never own a GM vehicle again.Oil change

by budman623 on 07/19/2016I brought my 2012 Buick Regal in for an oil change under the GM certified vehicle program. When they were done with the oil change, the service advisor told me that they had to jump my vehicle to get it started, and wanted to know if this… had happened before.. I asked him if he thought it needed a battery and he said they cleared the code and it seemed OK. The next day, when I was at a campground near Traverse City, the car wouldn't start so I ended up having to take 2 hours out of my afternoon at the lake and chase down someone to install a battery, This was really irritating as the car was just in for service on Friday, and someone with half a brain would have noticed the buildup of corrosion on the positive terminal of the batter, tested it, and recommended replacement of the battery. So NO, I would not recommend this dealership to others for service.Engine work
