Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia

I brought my 2012 Buick Regal in for an oil change under the GM certified vehicle program. When they were done with the oil change, the service advisor told me that they had to jump my vehicle to get it started, and wanted to know if this had happened before.. I asked him if he thought it needed a battery and he said they cleared the code and it seemed OK. The next day, when I was at a campground near Traverse City, the car wouldn't start so I ended up having to take 2 hours out of my afternoon at the lake and chase down someone to install a battery, This was really irritating as the car was just in for service on Friday, and someone with half a brain would have noticed the buildup of corrosion on the positive terminal of the batter, tested it, and recommended replacement of the battery. So NO, I would not recommend this dealership to others for service.
