Dealership Service Review
So my engine light came on, so I made an appointment. I arrived at said appointment, took the shuttle to work. Got a call a few hours later saying they were too busy and needed to get me a loaner because it would take a while to figure out why my engine light is on. So I take the shuttle back. Then I go home. The next morning my truck wont start. I use GM roadside assistance for a jump. Then the next day same thing happens. I am told its my battery. I go in for battery service. They say it failed load test and new battery is installed. I pay out of pocket as my truck is at 37000 miles and warranty is at 36000. The next day, my new battery is dead. My leased truck is currently sitting dead in my driveway until I can get in for my loaner car appointment. This is taking place over about 3 weeks. Do you know what its like paying a lease payment on a vehicle that is inoperable? It makes you feel like [non-permissible content removed] Feldman has made me the customer feel like shit. I will not recommend to anyone that wants an enjoyable car owning or leasing experience. I will tell them to avoid at all costs. I will subsequently tell them to avoid all GM vehicles and dealers at all costs. So far, Feldman has done nothing to make me the customer feel any positive emotion. They seem to not care or want to work with me to keep me as a customer. All they have done has made me want to get this vehicle fixed up enough to turn in elsewhere and never own a GM vehicle again.
