    Terrance was our sales Consultant, and he was Great!! Terrance took time to explain everything about the car and our options for leasing or buying. having the opportunity to take the car home and drive it for 24 hours was wonderful! my wife and I hadn't purchased a car in 15 years, so it was nice to have a sales consultant that took time and patience with us. we purchased our KIA on February 1,2016

    "Customers are first" is obviously a core value here because it is expressed from the first greeting of the service technician all the way through to the employees I passed on my way out to the parking lot to get my car after the work was completed. The atmosphere alone makes me want to be a continual part of the KIA family.

    Terrance was great! I had no idea that I would be able to walk into your dealership and take ownership of my new car that day. I have always had to return a few days later to pick up my car, and this was a Saturday close to closing time no less.

    I got superior service from sales and service. First off so my sale person Cody treated me like I was a Vip. He looked cute several different car options fir me then both the manager greg and the owner were there to make suggestions and support my decision to buy or lease thanks we are very happy with our new sorento . Also the service manager keith went over some other new features with me nd was very patient with my questions

    Friendly staff all the way around. And funny that my salesman knew my name when he seen me especially since it has been two years from the time I bought the car.

    I went into talk to someone about leasing a car. I was introduced to Aaron. Not only did he answer all of my questions but I left with a car that same day! He was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I've only ever bought Fords in the past. I'm loving this Kia!!!

    The sales man was not pushy he asked what we were looking for and we told him and he showed us a few different cars then when we found the one we wonted he worked with us till he found a payment we could do then he went out of his way to get the car cleaned so we could take it home he and the guy that dose the detailing worked vary hard and for that I thank them vary much

    Mando was the sales consultant we drew when we dropped in on Thursday, and it was a great experience from the beginning. I have to feel like the person selling me a product is not trying to unload an unwanted item if I am going to proceed with a purchase this large, and it was pretty obvious to me that Mando believes in the product. He is both personable and knowledgeable, which meant he answered all the questions my wife and I had and was able to fit me with a Kia Soul that I believe I will enjoy. At no time did I feel I was being directed to any particular vehicle, or feature. Quite the opposite, actually, and I enjoyed that difference.

    Always very friendly and no high pressure sales tactics for additional services. When additional services are offered, it is just that, they are letting me know about other possibilities I may want to partake in, but if I say "no" there is no pressure.

    The people were very friendly & the salesperson was very knowledgeable on the KIA I ended up leasing. Answered all my questions & showed me around introducing me to the service department where the vehicle will be serviced, showed all the buttons & whistles on the vehicle. It was an experience that other dealerships should follow.

    Immediately upon entering, the culture was energetic and positive. In particular, Kody was amazing! Kody listened to what we wanted and delivered above and beyond our expectations. I look forward to all future business with Kody and have already referred several people his way.     I can remember when I first bought my car and Chris was in the service department then and I did not know how to work something on my car and I said to him that I don't know anything about cars and that I lived by myself and would probably call and stop by whenever I thought I had a problem and with a smile on his face he replied that is no problem that is why we are here to help you and you can stop by anytime and that meant so much to me. Everyone in service knows my name whenever I come in or recognize my voice when I call, they are ALL so PLEASANT and knowledgeable and very helpful, they never try to tell me that I need something done that I don't really need and that is VERY IMPORTANT TO ME, seeing how I am a single female, I would not buy a car from any other dealer but Kia because of the OUTSTANDING SERIVICE that you all have given me in the last 6 years, and I recommend you all the time and a couple of my friends have even bought cars from you. You all need some kind of recognition for the people that refer you and they purchase vehicles. That would be a nice perk

    I was immediately greeted at the door by the manager and was introduced to my Sales Consultant Neil Miller immediately. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Neil and how he helped me with the anxiety of the financing end of my deal. The lady in finance was great in explaining my loan and my options for re-financing at a later date. During the tour I was impressed with the service department and their greeting and the great job they did in getting my car ready for me. I know I will be a returning Kia Customer in years to come.

    Alex Malone was very courteous and answered all my questions, he even brought the vehicle to my house to complete the sale. First class all the way!

About our dealership
