    I was able to get in for an oil change on the day I called to set an appointment, which was a Saturday. I appreciate that the Service Center is open on the weekend.

    Jeff Darden is great. He is honest and trustworthy and doesn't try to oversell you something out of your budget. This is the 3rd or 4th car we've bought from him.

    Kia of Lansing is the least annoying dealership I have ever been in. I am never comfortable car shopping, but your dealership does a good job of making customers feel good about being there.

    Very low pressure and very clean dealership, Kody Slaght was great, he showed us several vehicles and took great care of us.

    Brandon in service is very attentive and thorough. I feel very comfortable talking to him about my car. I don't always know the correct terminology to use when describing mechanical problems, but he always understands what I'm trying to explain.

    Staci Alexander was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the various Kia options and features. Overall was a very positive experience

    Salesman did a great job. He was attentive, helpful. He showed us several cars and answered all of questions about each car. He didn't put any pressure on us. Very upbeat and knowledgeable about each vehicle.

    Very friendly and felt an a sense of wanting to get me out fast. Only issue I have is last oil change I was called based on my review because I was not happy with the time so I was offered a free oil change but then when they realized I get them already because of the package I bought they gave me a free car wash. I thought the air filters were a apart of the oil change process but this visit I was told it was not and they needed to be changed along with the 3 wipers. When the person called last time and asked me how they can make it right for my previous visit I would have asked for wipers and/or filters if I known. I think instead of the car wash they could have offered and or all of the filters and/or wipers instead of quoting me just under $100. Other than that I think they were all very nice and the total time was around 1 hour and 45 mins which I still think was a little high for having an appointment and being told they were not booked up but still better than last time.

    we have leased 2 Sorrento's and have been very pleased, the staff is always help full and kind. Jeremy in service is awesome always makes sure when service is performed it is in a timely fashion, he has gone above and beyond several times for us.

    The staff are friendly and professional. The waiting room is always clean. My oil change, filters and wipers were done quickly.

    I came in with a need, and what I thought was a near impossible situation. But everyone worked together and made it possible to get us into a vehicle we needed! Kody was extremely patient and did everything he could to make sure we could get what we needed and fit it into our requirements!

    I put buying a car off because I didn't want to go through days of negotiations. I sat down with Mike Miller, and we discussed my wants, needs, and things I don't want. Then we worked within my budget to find the car that fit my budget and had everything I wanted. I was in and out in a few hours. This experience after spending days in other dealerships was a breath of fresh air!

    Jeff Darden is a fantastic salesman, very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything I needed to know about the Forte and really worked for my family. He deserves a pay raise!

    My granddaughter was in the emergency room at the hospital. I told the young man about my situation and they service my car right away. Please don't change.....I love Kia.....I tell everyone about this location and how you guys help women and don't take advantage. God Bless you.

    Always addressed issues and gave me a vehicle to drive when repairs took more than a few hours. Followed up on recalls even when I did not know.

    I liked that Staci didn't try to sell me a car I wasn't interested in or was out of my budget range. I also enjoyed her enthusiasm and kindness through the whole process.

    Jeff Darden in Sales was great to work with from the moment I walked through he door, through all my questions and call and as I got the keys to my new car! He understood my budget needs and made sure I got into a car I could afford. He is extremely knowledgeable about the car and showed me every feature and detail. He really went the extra mile for me.
