    My Salesman Bill Grantham was very friendly and worked very hard to get me into a new car that I would enjoy. When I'm ready for another vehicle I will be back to Bud Kouts and looking for Bill. I 'm enjoying my new Spark very much.

    I am extremely pleased with my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. I like the way it handles on the road. It is very quiet and the front seats have good back support and are very comfortable. I like the size and positioning of the steering wheel. I am… looking forward to the good gas mileage. My sales person was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and the financing. I had never leased a car before so he answered all my questions and clearly explained the details of a lease. He gave me a clear basis that allowed me to compare and contrast a lease vs an outright sale. My sales person and the financial person were both very efficient. They drew up all the paper work and I drove away in a new car after a few hours at the dealership. I am a life-long fan of General Motors and I am very satisfied with my new Chevrolet.

    My car was in the shop for 10 days just for a wheel bearing to be replaced. There was a major lack of communication, and when I finally did get my car back it was not washed not had the coolant levels been topped off. I receive better… service from a quick oil change garage. Whenever I called them with a question, I was bounced around from phone to phone and then always just had to leave a message instead of talking with someone who could help me.

    I use this service because I feel I wont be sold repairs I don't need and the quality of repairs performed were accurate. Maybe not the cheapest place but the quality is worth it.

    They have a service prices that are 30-50 percent higher than the competition. When you take a car in there they quote a price for fixing your vehicle that is considerably higher than other places. We went there trusting that we would… receive an honest assessment of the problems of our vehicle and also fair pricing for service. Unfortunately we were disappointed. When we confronted them with our concern - they were kind but condescending. I know that GM has been facing financial troubles because of the bankruptcy that has been recently filed - and that the dealers make a significant profit from servicing their vehicles. But taking advantage of the perceived ignorance of certain customers for profit is simply unacceptable.

    This is the second Honda we have bought from Captal. The first time was not a very positive experience- It took forever to get to a reasonable price and the response to the final arrangement was quite surly. This time was just the reverse.… The price matched that of other local dealers and was reached rapidly. Overall the attitude and attention was 180 degrees from the first time. I actually enjoyed the experience - a first in new car buying over 40 years. Congratulations to Capital on this one.

    IĀ’m in my fifth year with my experience with Bud Kouts Chevrolet. I had most of my routine service performed at the dealership and had my share of mechanical problems with the car. Throughout the service experience I became to appreciate… the service experience received at Bud Kouts. The service department has a friendly atmosphere when greeted by the service advisors or service consultants. The technical staff has worked diligently to identify any vehicle problems and for the most part has repaired the issues the first time in for service. My latest service problems were intermittent and/or difficult to duplicate or identify. The service staff at Bud Kouts went the extra mile and a lot of effort to pinpoint the problem and make the repair. I would highly recommend Bud Kouts service as a place to go for a proper diagnosis and a proper repair at a competitive price. The sales staff is equally top notch having knowledgeable sales people and excellent customer focus.
