Kia Optima engine replacement experience
by Douglas on 04/11/2024This was a long repair cycle as it involved a complete engine replacement. The service rep offered a loaner vehicle since I would be without a car for a few weeks. During the repair, the service rep stayed in contact with me via text during… the entire process, providing progress updates. After repair was completed, the service rep offered to pay for any towing charges that I had encountered. All communications with Seelye Kia were courteous. I have been driving the car after the repairs were performed (engine replacement) and everything is working perfectly.Your compliments and kind words mean so much to us and our team, Douglas!
