by Tom on 08/11/2022I know some of this is my fault cause I'm a easy person to sell to I feel I walked out of the dealership with something I'm not going to afford and the bank will take back I felt pressured into this I know people in this business have to be… hard to sell they should listen to what there customer are telling them I was never told any of the numbers on what they were giving me for my trade I told them not to run my credit all over town but they did anywaysHi Tom. Great Experience

I brought two vehicles in to trade and that went very smoothly with the appraisals done in know time. I got the price that I thought they were worth. No hassle… or pressure and everything was done in a short time and I was leaving with the new to me vehicle that I wanted. And I would like to mention Isaiah the finance manager. He explained everything throughly and answered my questions with true professionalism. Him and Kevin both made me feel welcomed and appreciated our business. I rate my experience in buying a new used vehicle a 10 out of 10.… I left overjoyed and confident I was treated as best as I could have been. As far as recommendations and future needs are concerned, I'd be honored to say Todd Wenzel cannot be beat. If you want to a great price, an amazing experience, and a firm piece of mind, go get it! There General Manager is second too none! They made every accommodation effortless and went the extra mile to… make sure i was completely satisfied! I traveled from NY to purchase my wife’s new Yukon Denali which was a 1,600 mile round trip and would do it again just to deal with true professionals! Simply the best!!! Getting disappointed as time passes
by Lindsay on 07/14/2022I don't feel like my needs have been taken care of since purchasing last month. The sales and financial team were so friendly and great at first, and have responds somewhat promptly to my questions at times, but other times they do not. Or… they don't actually help me, just send me in circles. For instance, I need a key replacement and they pawned it off in service department who pawned it off onto another dealership who says the sales person should set this up since it's under warranty. It seems no one wants to actually help me. I NEED a key. They also failed to provide me with copies of the warranty I purchased until I asked. Did not make sure that I the code to my number lock system. I think this place has potential to be great but I am very disappointed currently.Hi Lindsay, thanks so much for sharing your experience with us.
