Todd Wenzel Buick GMC

I don't feel like my needs have been taken care of since purchasing last month. The sales and financial team were so friendly and great at first, and have responds somewhat promptly to my questions at times, but other times they do not. Or they don't actually help me, just send me in circles. For instance, I need a key replacement and they pawned it off in service department who pawned it off onto another dealership who says the sales person should set this up since it's under warranty. It seems no one wants to actually help me. I NEED a key. They also failed to provide me with copies of the warranty I purchased until I asked. Did not make sure that I the code to my number lock system. I think this place has potential to be great but I am very disappointed currently.
