by Kangli_ on 12/23/2022Brought my 2017 vehicle in for rear brakes and rotors and braking noise from rear. Picked up vehicle after work was done for $465.00 noise still present. Returned a few days later for further investigation of noise and was told that the… slotted new rotors on the front was the cause of the grinding noise and was normal. After insisting on further inspection, was told that ther e was corrosion on the rotor mounting surface. I was charged an additional $135 and the grinding noise on braking is still present.Jon from Service

by Chevy Car on 10/30/2018The worse customer experience I’ve ever had! I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze and within a week it was in the shop. They supposedly fixed the issues I was having on my brand new vehicle but no more then 2-3 days later it was back in the… shop. No one has told me what’s actually wrong with my vehicle nor followed up with me. I then went to speak with the assistant manager Patrick and he treated me like I was the scum of the earth! Empathy isn’t something they display well for someone who’ve just spent money at their location! It’s been a week and a half and I still don’t have any information about my “brand new” car that I’m paying for! (Remind you I’m paying for a car that I can’t drive) I was told that they can offer me half of my car payment as a refund (that I haven’t received yet), my car detailed (it’s brandnew lol) and I full tank of gas (joke!) I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!Outstanding Sales and Service

I am in the military and I am away from my family a bit but he takes care of the needs that I have and in my 19… year career, I have never met anyone of his great caliber! Especially, given the "volcher" mentality of most car sales persons, Mr. Johnson goes above and beyond and makes sure that a familial relationship is established before anything else that I appreciate that. The pictures that this team provides on their website and the very detailed information is top notch. Thank you again Randy Wise and I surely appreciate your assistance. I'll be back with more people!
