The worse customer experience I’ve ever had! I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze and within a week it was in the shop. They supposedly fixed the issues I was having on my brand new vehicle but no more then 2-3 days later it was back in the shop. No one has told me what’s actually wrong with my vehicle nor followed up with me. I then went to speak with the assistant manager Patrick and he treated me like I was the scum of the earth! Empathy isn’t something they display well for someone who’ve just spent money at their location! It’s been a week and a half and I still don’t have any information about my “brand new” car that I’m paying for! (Remind you I’m paying for a car that I can’t drive) I was told that they can offer me half of my car payment as a refund (that I haven’t received yet), my car detailed (it’s brandnew lol) and I full tank of gas (joke!) I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!
