Rude, waiting area was nasty.
by Unsatisfied on 09/02/2024Was left standing for 15 minutes at intake desk why the individual communicated with someone else. When someone else arrived that she knew, she came over and started talking to him. Ignoring me. Although I had an appointment. Didn't… receive a statement about why I was there. Service was not completed. Didn't receive a call back with in 3 weeks, as to weather part had arrived or not. When I called to inquire, was treated rudely on the phone. Will not return to this dealership for any service. Another dealership had the part within 2 days and had me finished and completed, with documentation provided.Speedy service for a walk-in.
by techdude on 04/11/2019Needed new wipers. The service department got me in and out very quickly. My old wipers had torn with the wear and tear from winter. The new ones are great and they got me in right before a big rain.We are glad to hear that your service was completed quickly and to your satisfaction. We value your time. Hope to see you soon!
