Rude, waiting area was nasty.

onWas left standing for 15 minutes at intake desk why the individual communicated with someone else. When someone else arrived that she knew, she came over and started talking to him. Ignoring me. Although I had an appointment. Didn't receive a statement about why I was there. Service was not completed. Didn't receive a call back with in 3 weeks, as to weather part had arrived or not. When I called to inquire, was treated rudely on the phone. Will not return to this dealership for any service. Another dealership had the part within 2 days and had me finished and completed, with documentation provided.

Without any identifying info we cannot ID you as a customer to assess or know how to remedy in the future. Sounds like an unfortunate situation but no one can recall.
