    Service writer was very friendly and knowledgeable. Knowledge was key to understanding what was trying to be accomplished. Service Technician was awesome. Knew what he was doing and knocked it out quickly and accurately. Cost, not everyone’s favorite part, but within reason. Timing, had open appointments within a few days of checking online or over the phone. Where as another local dealer was scheduled out 1.5weeks out.

    Although I got in before my service rep was in for the day, Patrick stepped in to make sure I didn't have to wait to get my rental for the day. He ran with it and got Brandi involved. Together, they had me in a rental car in a few minutes, so I would be on time for work.

    Service was Great, Employees were very Friendly, Dealership waiting area was clean and comfortable. And they washed my vehicle. I will come back for service.

    I came for a regular service - oil, filters, etc. and it was done quickly and pleasantly. Service personnel were pleasantly welcoming. And the coffee was good.

  • No waiting for a brand new loaner

    When I brought my Equinox in for a checkup, they found that it needed a major repair requiring a stay of several days. I was pleasantly surprised that within minutes I was given a brand new traverse for a loaner car. My car was repaired ahead of the promised time, all washed and ready to go.

  • My Malibu is like new again.

    Although it's a few years old, it's like new again (after the dings in the body were repaired/or panels replaced) due to slight dents, dings, etc. They do excellent work.

    Great job getting our vehicle in and out ,in a timely matter. Never had a dealership actually wash my car for me, didn't expect that.

    The truck was towed in due to a faulty starter motor and the crew at the dealership shuttled me back home and before the day's end completed the repair of the truck as I desperately needed it.

    Service and timing were execellent. Only issue i had was with the wifi in the waiting area, i could not get either my phone or my tablet to connect while i was waiting. Fortunately the wait was short.

    Chris was very efficient and kept me informed in the repair process. Defective cluster replaced and working. Does seem that after only 47,000 miles a major repair cost me over $400.

    With my mileage approaching the max allowed on my leased 2013 Traverse I stopped in for an oil change and to begin exploring my options although my lease agreement still had several months remaining. I met Mark Crane at approximately 9:00am and at 4:00pm was driving home in a brand new 2016 Malibu. Never have I worked with a more attentive, engaged, and professional salesperson.

    The service advisers were wonderful! They offered realistic recommendations and solutions for my vehicle. The lounge area was very nice and the popcorn was a plus!

    The technician really went above and beyond to root cause a difficult intermittent electrical problem. He took our concerns very seriously and did not check it out quickly and send a NTF like the previous dealership we took it to.

    The service was good and the waiting area very comfortable. My only disappointment was that I thought the routine service was still covered under the 24 months and I wasn't expecting the bill for $40. The price was fair - I just wasn't expecting it before the service was performed.

    I requested a car wash ticket and the service rep told me my vehicle had already been washed for me, when I got to my vehicle it had not been washed at all, I was upset that they lied to me that I just left. When I purchased my vehicle I was told I would get free car washes, through the two and a half years I've owned my vehicle, your car wash has been broke mist of the time.
