Turning a routine oil change into a new vehicle sale

onWith my mileage approaching the max allowed on my leased 2013 Traverse I stopped in for an oil change and to begin exploring my options although my lease agreement still had several months remaining. I met Mark Crane at approximately 9:00am and at 4:00pm was driving home in a brand new 2016 Malibu. Never have I worked with a more attentive, engaged, and professional salesperson.
