Best experience at VIC Canever

Perfectly smooth and flawless process overall from searching to purchasing.
It was really hard to find the 2025 Tahoe with all of the features I was looking for, but I found VIC Canever had one on Monday. Michelle got back to me right after… my inquiry, and I was able to receive most of the information I needed over the text (which I liked the best!). Since it was about an hour away from my home, I wanted to make sure everything before I made the trip. Michelle understood this, and she was so supportive without push.
When I visited the dealership on Wednesday, I've only had couple of hours available before I had to leave for my kids school. Rob welcomed me and my wife with great smile:). They made sure to prepare the vehicle for me.
The document process was quick and easy. Rob was so kind and knowledgeable, and he did his best to get me the best trade in value of my vehicle. Since all information was shared in advance, I was able to reduce the processing time a lot. They got me the best APR in this bad time for car loan.
Even the financing team did not push me hard, but provided enough information (I normally feel uncomfortable at this stage of discussion with the financing team after all the work with the sales rep because they usually push additional protection plans after I complete my payment calculation).
From visit to driving my new 2025 Tahoe back only took 3 hours. Record!!

Jamie Smith, handling the online leads, contacted me immediately after my send. When I walked in the door at my appointment time… she was there to great me. She handed me of to a Joe or Joel I believe it was, as my sales person, however about 10 minutes I was there, Tony Crimi walked out of his office an old buddy of mine from a past job. I hadn't seen him in 15 years, and I didn't know he worked there. After seeing us catch up, actually Joe(l) my assigned sales person handed me over to Tony. Not something you see everyday when dealing with commissioned sales. Tony finished up the sale brilliantly, handled all the paperwork, introduced me to my new vehicle, and even put the plate on the truck. I would definitely buy/lease another car from VC, Tony, and team again!Great experience.

As I checked out I was given a car wash slip for the gas station down the road, because once again the dealership car wash was down. I was also told it wouldn't be fixed. I told the service attendant that… I have several slips from previous service that had not expired, I was interrupted and told they wouldn't be honored. I asked why, and was told to take it up with the Service Manager. I think it's a very shortsighted decision on Vic Canever's part not to honor it's commitments. They've recently had a lot of turnover of personnel in the Service Department, accompanied with poor decisions like this not to honor car wash slips, can't mean a bright future .Larry Lewis is Awesome!

I couldn't be back in town until this Friday so she would of been left for over a week with nothing to drive... My… father has Alzheimers, she is the one that takes care of everything and without a car she would not of had a way to get out if there was an emergency. Larry had your F and I manager call me and get all the paper work done over the phone. He even went and picked up my 84 year old mother at her home, so she could have her car a few days earlier!!!!!!!! That service is above and beyond what anyone could of asked for! You cannot hope for better service then that! Thank you so much for having such a wonderful caring person on your staff!
