Vic Canever Chevrolet

The service was fine as expected. As I checked out I was given a car wash slip for the gas station down the road, because once again the dealership car wash was down. I was also told it wouldn't be fixed. I told the service attendant that I have several slips from previous service that had not expired, I was interrupted and told they wouldn't be honored. I asked why, and was told to take it up with the Service Manager. I think it's a very shortsighted decision on Vic Canever's part not to honor it's commitments. They've recently had a lot of turnover of personnel in the Service Department, accompanied with poor decisions like this not to honor car wash slips, can't mean a bright future .
