    I knew what I wanted when I came in and I told Alphonzo what I was hoping to get. HE DID IT!!!! I got the vehicle I wanted with a price that I could not be happier with. This is the 5th car I have gotten from this dealer. I will ALWAYS go back!!!!!

    I find all of the Vic Canever employees to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. I had a check engine light on my dash, so I took my car in for service. Every time I stop in there I am impressed at how wonderful they are. They are patient and answer all my questions, and go out of their way to help me with any concerns that I have. Whether I am in for service or browsing the showroom, this a an awesome dealership and I always recommend them to my family and friends.

    The tech that helped me was very courteous and called to let me know what was going on with my car. Also the courtesy vehicle driver was a very nice young lady. The work was done in the time frame promised.

    I simply can not say enough for how great I am treated ! Duane and his crew simply bend over backwards for me. I am very impressed with the time they took to find the problem with my Sonic and fix it, most would have given up and returned the car to me, "problem not found"...but not these guys found it and fixed it...My Hats off to them !!!

    Promptly greeted by Jenice. We waited for the vehicle at the dealership! Jenice kept us informed as to the progress that was being made on the repair. Jenice again came with the keys and told us the repairs were completed and told us where the car was parked! Another job well done by Vic Canever Service!

    Patrick helped me this time, & he was a gentleman, & very thorough with me, and helped me in every he could! I appreciate Duane the Service Manager, Chris the Service Advisor that regularly helps me, and honestly the rest of the Vic Canever team! Including Sales, Body Shop & Parts Department.     Due to a back up in service, my car was not ready at time designated. We picked it up the next day even though it was ready a couple of hours later than promised. The next day was more convenient for us.

    Greeted promptly, and immediately told how long it might be to wait. Jeremy is extremely friendly and polite. Another gentleman too was very helpful! The car was completed in less time than projected! You can not beat Vic Canever's Service Department.

    Our salesman, Lou Columbus, made our experience such a smooth process. We communicated through phone, email, text, and when we arrived on day of delivery, we were in and out within an hour and half. We had our two kids with us and it was a bit challenging but Lou made us comfortable and expedited the process. We will definitely refer anyone to Lou. We love our Malibu!! Again, Thank you for a great experience!
