I was able to get right inside for oil change service and I had to get my wife’s tire repaired from another vehicle. They did not adjust or check my tire pressure (all 4 were low by about 4-5 psi) and did not fill washer fluid or ask if I needed tires rotated or not. Do not like that they just plugged the tire instead of a proper repair

Service department damaged my paint on the car and rims

Bought a Certified pre owned vehicle that had been on the road for less than a year 11k miles. Bought protection package for interior and exterior to keep it nice, paid a small fortune for it. Installers(service) gave low effort on the execution of both while messing up the exterior bad. looks worse than when it was left there, micro scratches on every inch of the car now has several new more significant clearcoat scratches, didnt follow directions, treated the car before removing dealer label, didnt remove headlight aiming dot before treatment. SKIPPED polishing step on exterior before treatment (protection product company exposed the paint color excuse as fiction/lies) Interior was done poorly, uneven application of product resulting in patchy stained look on fabric. some vinyl not touched, center area between front seats looks like something was spilt on it and was just left(maybe interior product?). And finally while removing clip weights on rims for rebalancing with sticky weights, they took a pea sized chunk out of EVERY rim exposing the bare metal and was left that way no attempt to fill/protect the rims finish. compensation for rim damage $0 ,compensation for bad execution of protection package, around half the cost refunded which is not satisfactory as Im now left with paint damage that will cost more to return the car to the condition it was before their service techs touched it. Also felt like I was being avoided as soon as I voiced any complaints, more concerned with maintaining profit than making it right. Nicest most expensive thing i've ever bought, I should be enjoying it more but can't due to poor service.

Always treated like family but professionally as well. I am also satisfied with the work they do on my vehicle. I am a very busy grandmother and an even busier daughter for elderly parent; I also work full-time. Graff's free pickup and delivery services is a blessing to me. I will never take my business elsewhere.

I am very pleased with my experiences at Graff's in Durand as usual. The workers are always pleasant and never hear a bad word from any of them. They certainly represent Graff's in a positive way. They are there to help the customer! This time I was there for the body shop due to an accident. I can say from the minute I walked in the door for an estimate....until I picked up my Equinox .. it was great. Howard Higham took over my claim. He dealt with the insurance company and explaining everything to me as things went along. I'm so happy with the job all of the men in the body shop did on my car with the red tri coat paint. It's perfect! No two tone car ! A special thanks to all of body shop crew. Merry W.

Dealership of Doors

I blew the horn, they opened the door. I gave them my keys, they gave me keys to a loaner. The door opened again and I drove away. Wow ! This is pretty good stuff. I should write a book and title it something like " Harry Potter and the Dealership of Doors. " I can already see the $$$.

Excellent body work

I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer. The car didn't look bad with only a couple of small dents on the driver side door and passenger door and it drove fine. But there was a small piece hanging off of the wheel well/bumper that fell off in my hand when I was checking the after damage. Things hanging/falling off of cars make me nervous so I decided it needed to be checked out. They did an immediate assessment of the car when I stopped in and within a few days the car was in getting fixed. It looks great and I'm very pleased with it. They worked well with my insurance company, too, which was a major plus for me.

I thought I had a free oil change but they said I didn't. I thought the price of your oil change was high at 35.00$.I thought your tire rotation was high at 41.00$.They did a good job and were polite.
