I happened upon Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Davison Inc while searching for a replacement GMC Acadia. Barian Vaughan was my Sales Associate. My experience… with the dealership, Barian, and the Finance Dept was EXCELLENT! Barian gets an A+ in my book for his customer relations skills. He took what I consider an overwhelming experience and turned it into an efficient, personalized, informative, and positive experience. When we arrived at the dealership, Barian was right there welcoming us with a big, friendly smile. Every interaction we had with other staff at the dealership was friendly, fun, and most importantly - to the point! I would highly recommend Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Davison. With Barian's down-to-earth and compassionate demeanor and the overall dealership, I was able to make lemonade out of lemons and drove away with a beautiful 23 GMC Acadia AT4 that continues to put a smile on my face. Impossibility Easy!!

Costly oil change
by Unhappy customer on 08/04/2022Expensive oil change. Too many added fees.Hello, because of the continued inflation in oil prices we’ve had to adjust ourselves and make some changes to our pricing. We do understand how this can be frustrating but are doing our best to remain competitive in the always-changing market. Again, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment.

by Jeff on 08/03/2022I brought my truck in for a quick oil change, like I’ve been doing for the last several years. The time had come for a fuel filter change too so I expected it to be similar in cost to the last time I had it done - $146 (I have the… receipt). This time the bill was over $287. The fuel filter went up in price about 20% and they charged me for 45 minutes of labor in addition to the oil change. I was there less than 30 minutes. For some reason it took a diesel mechanic to change it this time, when no labor was charged last time, so I got charged $65 to change the filter. So the guy who changed my oil and checked all major systems couldn’t change the fuel filter while he was under the hood already? Dumb, dumb, dumb.I spoke with both the quick lube manager and the service manager — the answer was “tough”. I won’t be going back. It would seem that nickel and dining customers is more important. I’m voting with my dollars and going somewhere else.Poor communication
by Tim lobstein on 08/03/2022Need to work on their communication better. Call on Feb 28, 2022 to make arrangements. The part was on manufacturing backorder which I understood. Part was order. They will call when the part come in. On April 4, 2022 call to make sure if… the part come in yet. Not yet, we will call when it does. Ok. On August 1, 2022. Went in to the dealership and check. They have the part for a long time and nobody has call. Lucky for me they have one in stock. Told the parts person and the service person that nobody has call.Hi Tim. He went over everything I needed in a truck -my must haves and went over all the extra options available as well I was also trading in my other truck so while… text driving they got me an appraisal He found me the exact truck with all the options I wanted -got paperwork taken care of -traded in my other truck and got me on my way! by Unsatisfied on 07/31/2022I came in for a simple oil change, rotation & balance and had to wait over an hour and a half!’ Absolutely unacceptable considering they weren’t very busy, and I saw several employees just walking around with nothing to do. This… dealership has gone down-hill since becomming Wenzel, so from now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere, where the company believes my time is wotrth something!!!We are sorry that your service took longer than anticipated. Good work, very friendly but took forever!!!
by JB on 07/30/2022Went for my first oil change and tire rotation but due to being a diesel couldn’t get me on a lift. Waited 2.5 hours and then had to leave without getting a rotation done… maybe next time.
