Poor communication

Need to work on their communication better. Call on Feb 28, 2022 to make arrangements. The part was on manufacturing backorder which I understood. Part was order. They will call when the part come in. On April 4, 2022 call to make sure if the part come in yet. Not yet, we will call when it does. Ok. On August 1, 2022. Went in to the dealership and check. They have the part for a long time and nobody has call. Lucky for me they have one in stock. Told the parts person and the service person that nobody has call.
