  • Incomplete oil change

    I took my vehicle in for a recall issue, oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle the windshield washer fluid was still empty and the oil change reminder sticker had not been changed. I have been extremely happy with the sales department, but the service department has not lived up to my expectations!

    The staff at Hank Graff Chevrolet were friendly and informative. I did not feel pressured and was allowed to look at different models on lot. When I decided on a Trailblazer they helped me find one that had the options I wanted along with color. There wasn’t a match on the lot so they found one online.

    I have been a loyal customer of Graff for years, I've purchased four vehicles from this dealership. I travel 3 hours round trip to only deal with them. On 4/7/2025 I called to make an appointment for routine maintenance on my 2021 Silverado that I purchased from them. I was told " have it here when we open at 8:00am and we'll have it done by noon". I work second shift (2pm-11:30) so I will not have to miss my shift. I woke up early to meet the scheduled time, dropped the truck off at 8am, and at 1pm had not received a call to pick up my truck. I returned to the dealership at around 2pm only to find out that apparently the mechanic had been busy with another vehicle and hadn't been able to get to mine yet. Why did I make an appointment? I asked for my keys and drove to work late with nothing having been done to my truck. Complete waste of time and gas. Considering finding a new local dealership to be loyal to.

Also, as a woman, many sales people ignore our wishes, or don't answer our questions, or feel we should wait till our husbands come in. I never felt that way at Hank Graff.     Honestly I’m pretty disappointed right now. I brought my equinox into the dealership to have the garage door opener installed and after 3 hours being there It doesn’t work. The service guy wasn’t sure how to tell to do It but gave It his best shot. I was the only second customer to have brought the car in for this.

  • Warranty should have covered it,but it didn't.

    Their not cheap but they did fix my problem I was having with my Silverado. What good is it to get an extended warranty if it won't cover problems with your vehicle. My problem wasn't natural wear but in programming of the computer system.
