Incomplete oil change

onI took my vehicle in for a recall issue, oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle the windshield washer fluid was still empty and the oil change reminder sticker had not been changed. I have been extremely happy with the sales department, but the service department has not lived up to my expectations!
