I have been a loyal customer of Graff for years, I've purchased four vehicles from this dealership. I travel 3 hours round trip to only deal with them. On 4/7/2025 I called to make an appointment for routine maintenance on my 2021 Silverado that I purchased from them. I was told " have it here when we open at 8:00am and we'll have it done by noon". I work second shift (2pm-11:30) so I will not have to miss my shift. I woke up early to meet the scheduled time, dropped the truck off at 8am, and at 1pm had not received a call to pick up my truck. I returned to the dealership at around 2pm only to find out that apparently the mechanic had been busy with another vehicle and hadn't been able to get to mine yet. Why did I make an appointment? I asked for my keys and drove to work late with nothing having been done to my truck. Complete waste of time and gas. Considering finding a new local dealership to be loyal to.
