    The service department called to remind me to come in for my last free service. They are always very accommodating and friendly. The also wash my car while it’s there for service which is a nice touch. I always have a positive experience.… The used sales car staff are excellent as well. I will always shop with the Jim Causley team!

    Buying my Encore was a very pleasant experience and I highly Recommend Jim Causley Buick GMC. The sales process was very straightforward and easy. My salesman Eric worked with me to determine what disccounts I was eligible for and when it… was all said and done was everything was straightforward.
