GREAT CAR AT A GREAT PRICE
by eric1949 on 03/16/2017I was able to lease a 2017 Honda CRV-EX AWD with ZERO down and for $200 less per month than my previous 2014 Honda Pilot. What a deal! My salesman Matt Middleton and his staff took exceptional care in helping me with this lease!Review of Honda Accord Experience at Page Honda of Bloomfield
by nitecrawler on 05/24/2016updated 06/07/2016Shaban was our salesman and did an excellent job helping us find a vehicle to fit our our needs and budget. Once the decision was made he made sure that the vehicle was ready for delivery later the same day and did a thorough job of… explaining all the features of the vechicle. Excellent job Shaban.Ron Szumanski at Page Honda is Best Salesman
by PeteCavanaugh on 04/01/2016updated 04/11/2016I just leased another Honda from Ron Szumanski at Page Honda. I have leased my last 4 Hondas from Ron. He is the best salesman I have dealt with, and highly recommend that you contact Ron. Also, I leased a 2015 Honda Accord EX with the new… CVT transmission, and am getting terrific fuel economy.2008 civic purchase Sandy Topper
by cmichaud on 02/29/2016updated 03/07/2016Found exactley what our family needed for a replacement 1999 Civic. We purchased a 2008 Civic in great condition, 203K miles. The boys love the car, as we do as well, a reliable, good looking, well maintained vehicle. Sandy Topper made… the deal and transaction seamless and we were treated fairly and honestly. This is the Third Honda purchased by our family and father. Keep up the honest work!Purchase of Honda Pilot at Page Honda of Bloomfield
by Chrysalis101 on 01/08/2016I had a wonderful experience buying a new 2016 Honda Pilot at Page Honda of Bloomfield. Brian Sable was my salesperson. He provided excellent customer service & got me the car that I wanted (there were none in stock in the color that I… wanted) & in a very timely manner. I was also very surprised & pleased that the Honda financial person at the dealership was able to get me a MUCH better financing rate than my own bank, even though I have several accounts at that bank & excellent credit. All in all it was a very good experience.Page Honda new car purchase

This was the third vehicle that I have purchased from him. Very… professional and accommodating. He explained everything in detail and was very responsive to my concerns.Excellent Service and Professional

by mirasola on 04/29/2009I went to Honda Bloomfield about a month ago and was looking to buy a 2009 Honda Accord EX. I had e-mailed the salesman, Jay Spezia, and gave him "out-the-door" offer. He told me via e-mail that he said it was a price that he thought he… could do, but he needed me to come in so that he could run it by his manager and verify the price. Since the dealership is down the street from where I work, this was not a problem at all, so I set an appointment with him for 6:00pm on a Monday. I got to the dealership a little early. The salesman was with another customer, so since I was early I went out to the lot to take a look at the different cars because I felt I was set to buy once the price got finalized. I got back in after awhile, and he was still with the other customer, but this time it was right when my appointment was scheduled, at 6. Then he asked me to wait again, so I asked him if I could test drive the car I was likely to buy. Another 15 minutes later, I get back and ask him about the price just to make sure I'm not wasting my time. He told me the same thing he said on the e-mail "I'll have to run it by my manager, but I don't think it should be a problem". So I think to myself, "Great! I'll fill out the finance application while I'm waiting, and he should be done by then. After about 20 more minutes (around 6:40pm), he finally came and got the application from me to run it through their system. Yet again, he told me it was just be "a couple minutes" before we would sit and talk price. "A couple minutes" turned into 45 more minutes. I only got to talking with him about price at about 7:20pm - remember, my APPOINTMENT was at 6:00pm. To top it all off, he basically told me that out-the-door didn't include taxes, document, or title - this absolutely baffled me because I have no idea what else "out-the-door" would mean. His "best offer" was quite a bit higher than what I was hoping for. Honestly, I was half expecting him to tell me that out-the-door didn't include all of the tax and fees, but what really irritated me was the fact that he probably knew what I meant, but did not have the courtesy to tell me up front. I could've walked out of there with no hard feelings and saved an hour and a half of my time. This was seriously one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I only went to two Honda dealers, and my experiences were so bad that I didn't even want an Accord anymore - it was that much less appealing. I absolutely CANNOT recommend this dealership to anyone, because they obviously value their own money over their customers' time. I ended with my other top choice - 2009 Mazda 6 - and I couldn't be happier with the sales experience and the car. An ironic side note: the weekend before I went to this Honda Bloomfield dealership, I told the Mazda salesman that I was looking at Accords and had a good quote - he warned me that Honda salesmen tell you out-the-door prices just to get you in, and that's exactly what happened to me.Very Bad Experience
by kmk3 on 05/15/2014updated 06/01/2025This dealership is now Page Honda of Bloomfield. I had email correspondence with them regarding internet pricing on a new 2014 Odyssey EX-L, but there was a price discrepancy. To clear up this issue I left 1 email and two voice messages… that were not answered. When I visited the showroom two days later the salesman asked many unnecessary probing questions, when all my wife and I wanted was what was their internet pricing for an Odyssey EX-L. I advised him that we were ready to buy as long as the price was competitively fair. He promised to be back in 10-15 minutes with a fair offer considering the inconvenience and misinformation that had already occurred. Nearly 40 minutes later I walked up to them to say my wife and I were going to go for lunch and will be back shortly when they claimed computer problems and a VIN# issue has been the delay and they would have a price in 2 minutes. A few minutes later they provided a price (about 5 thousand more) for a vehicle we did not want. Classic Bait and Switch tactic! When I questioned and accused them of the practice it was apologies left and right, and a manager then stepped in to say it was his mistake. I don't understand how an internet request for a price can be generated in seconds, yet it took this dealership it took nearly 1 hour. Then the classic bait and switch tactic giving us numbers on a vehicle with significantly more options, and a higher price. We left for our 1 hr drive back home very frustrated! I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this brought back some bad memories of the days of old.
About our dealership
Absolutely agree. Terrible place to buy a car and especially to have a service. Recently I brought my car to replace driver door glass, they were not able to tell me approximate cost; Average cost for this work on the market 250-300$, I was shocked when they tell me the final cost around 800$!, explaining that ridiculously foolish charge by misunderstanding and very well trained mechanics. 1 labor hour 100$!. And later offering me to negotiate it peacefully. My friend brought a car to replace an oil and eventually paid around 500$; they found some "defects" and he even was not informed about those problems.
