From first call to Phill (service advisor) to talking to Danny (technician) you know you are in good hands.… Professional, on time and with plenty of communications and follow up. This kind of customer service is not seen or common these days. Way to go and thank you for always taking care of me and my transportation needs.Best service!

Phil Kaiser, the service manager, will routinely "go the extra mile" to make sure you are satisfied and very happy with their service. This… dealership also has highly competent mechanics like Danny Young, who consistently does great work resolving ANY issues you may have with your car. Lastly, in addition to being very friendly and genuinely nice, the staff here have integrity. They do only what is necessary and required and never try to sell you more than what you need (unless you specifically request it). I always ENJOY going to Ann Arbor Porsche! And, I always leave feeling VERY HAPPY that I received GREAT SERVICE at a REASONABLE PRICE!Diagnosed and fixed right the first time

I like that he seems like a very nice person with whom I could likely be friends with outside the business. I like the way I am received and treated… at the dealership by all involved. I like that the dealership is always clean, well appointed, well lighted, and that everyone there seems friendly and helpful. I like that the service provided is always prompt and thorough. I did not like that the car wash was broken, but understand that these things happen. I do not like the price they charge, but understand that you are likely getting what you pay for.Newly terrific!

The service at the local dealer there (Redwood City Porsche) was fantastic. When I first started… bringing my car to Porsche Ann Arbor the service was mixed. I did not feel that I was in the process of developing any working relationships around the car. Now, with Tricia, Phil, Dan and the rest of the service team, I feel like somebody is looking out for me, and for this very complicated but wonderful machine.Piece of mind

Phil Kaiser, the service representative, always takes his time on scheduling my appointment conveniently around my work schedule. Phil is very knowledgeable about the… required services and he explains the process in detail. Not willing to match the best price!!!

The sales person was very helpful for the test drive but I was told the pice "is what it is" I showed them 3 lower quotes but they were uninterested in matcing the price. I was also told if I purchased… elsewhere and brought it to them for service that I would not get the same level of service that I would have if I bought my car from them. I ended up driving 30 miles to another dealer and saving over $ 1500. They lost the sale and future service.
