The headline here is that, happily, Tricia Desmarais has landed as service manager. I moved to Ann Arbor a year ago from Palo Alto, CA. The service at the local dealer there (Redwood City Porsche) was fantastic. When I first started bringing my car to Porsche Ann Arbor the service was mixed. I did not feel that I was in the process of developing any working relationships around the car. Now, with Tricia, Phil, Dan and the rest of the service team, I feel like somebody is looking out for me, and for this very complicated but wonderful machine.
