I like that I know my service contact representative, Phil Kaiser, and that he knows me. I like that he seems like a very nice person with whom I could likely be friends with outside the business. I like the way I am received and treated at the dealership by all involved. I like that the dealership is always clean, well appointed, well lighted, and that everyone there seems friendly and helpful. I like that the service provided is always prompt and thorough. I did not like that the car wash was broken, but understand that these things happen. I do not like the price they charge, but understand that you are likely getting what you pay for.
