    Amy Takorian did an amazing job during my most recent visit in the Service Department at Lia Toyota in Wilburham, MA just recently. She allowed her wonderful personality to be on display and it certainly made my visit a delight. She explained the delay, which involved unforeseen back-ups in the Service Dept. and due to my extended wait time, she opted not to charge me for the detailing done one the interior of my vehicle. This was greatly appreciated. I was so sorry to hear about the death of my favorite Salesman, Mr. David Benitez. I am still rocked by that revelation. In all things God knows what’s best and condolences to his family.

    I've been a loyal Lia Toyota service customer for +10 years. This was my second time to this location. By chance, the first time I was assigned Amy T., as my service advisor. I was very pleased with her rapport. So much so, that upon requesting a second service appointment I chose her over about seven other service agents. Upon arrival for my appointment her demeanor towards me was very positive, like she was happy to see me again. As I was the same of her. The other Lia Toyota in Northampton is the same distance and I drive by that town on my way to work. But my experience with Amy T., at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham. It is worth it to me to drive an extra mile or two to receive 'exceptional' customer service.

    Lia service staff provided emergency assistance to my wife and I after we experienced a mechanical failure following a wheel bearing replacement by another private mechanic. Nicole Bourassa along with Service Tech Chad Sr. And other great Lia staff provided excellent service and quickly discovered and solved the issue. We are so grateful to all of you.

    Kelly Murray, and Cassie Cloutier, are terrific service advisers. They let you know what is needed for your car and the estimated price. They keep you advised during visit and promptly inform you when job is complete. The work is always completed correctly. I am very satisfied with the service at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham, MA.

    As usual, excellent service. While my car was in for brakes they did an inspection and called to tell me that I had a nail in one of my tires. I knew there was something wrong because it kept going soft but just didn't take the time to get it looked at. Problem solved! Cynthia Patrick is always pleasant and very helpful.

  • Reliable Service

    My service appointment for the maintenance items that were due for my car went smoothly and quickly. Unfortunately there was a nail in one of my rear tires and my conventional battery in my hybrid was nearing end of life. I had to get them both taken care of as well so the price tag ended up being double. I am so grateful to David Greenlaw for helping me reduce the cost some with discounts. Labor for the work can be very expensive and hard to afford. He was also understanding, professional, knowledgeable and personable and I trust his guidance on which maintenance items to prioritize since I cannot do them all at once. 4 stars for the labor price, 5 stars for the quality of work and 5 stars for David.

    Although my first service appointment was overall a good experience, Dave Greenlaw was friendly, attentive to my questions and knowledgeable, I was left with one small, maybe not so small, question that I direct toward the process and not any employee or individual. We had two bays one with a red X and one with a green. My concern or question is why would you have a customer walk outside in the rain to retrieve their vehicle after completion of service, when you have an open bay to pull the vehicle in to keep the customer out of the elements? I think this small change would boost customer appreciation.
