My service appointment for the maintenance items that were due for my car went smoothly and quickly. Unfortunately there was a nail in one of my rear tires and my conventional battery in my hybrid was nearing end of life. I had to get them both taken care of as well so the price tag ended up being double. I am so grateful to David Greenlaw for helping me reduce the cost some with discounts. Labor for the work can be very expensive and hard to afford. He was also understanding, professional, knowledgeable and personable and I trust his guidance on which maintenance items to prioritize since I cannot do them all at once. 4 stars for the labor price, 5 stars for the quality of work and 5 stars for David.
