onAlthough my first service appointment was overall a good experience, Dave Greenlaw was friendly, attentive to my questions and knowledgeable, I was left with one small, maybe not so small, question that I direct toward the process and not any employee or individual. We had two bays one with a red X and one with a green. My concern or question is why would you have a customer walk outside in the rain to retrieve their vehicle after completion of service, when you have an open bay to pull the vehicle in to keep the customer out of the elements? I think this small change would boost customer appreciation.
