Great Dealership and Car
by Art on 03/03/2025Good experience if you know what car.you want and are willing to do most of the research and work involved in the purchase. LIA is a busy dealership which is evidence of its popularity and success. Both salesperson Rafael Dilone and finance… manager Richard Greenaway were pleasant and helpful. They gave us a good deal on our new car, however dealing with multiple customers simultaneously can create lengthy wait times. Timely communication and inconsistent attention to detail when processing the sale led to some careless mistakes which the dealership was willing to correct but still caused some us unnecessary delays in getting our new vehicle which we love.Thank you for letting us know what went well, and what we need to improve on, Art. We're delighted you're so happy with your new vehicle, and we appreciate your positive feedback on Rafael and Richard. Enjoy the ride!

Reliable Service
by Lak on 03/16/2024My service appointment for the maintenance items that were due for my car went smoothly and quickly. Unfortunately there was a nail in one of my rear tires and my conventional battery in my hybrid was nearing end of life. I had to get them… both taken care of as well so the price tag ended up being double. I am so grateful to David Greenlaw for helping me reduce the cost some with discounts. Labor for the work can be very expensive and hard to afford. He was also understanding, professional, knowledgeable and personable and I trust his guidance on which maintenance items to prioritize since I cannot do them all at once. 4 stars for the labor price, 5 stars for the quality of work and 5 stars for David.Lak, thanks for the fantastic review of David! David is the consummate advocate for our guests, and we're pleased he took exceptional care of you and your vehicle's needs at this visit. Thank you for continuing to choose Lia Toyota!
