Good experience if you know what car.you want and are willing to do most of the research and work involved in the purchase. LIA is a busy dealership which is evidence of its popularity and success. Both salesperson Rafael Dilone and finance manager Richard Greenaway were pleasant and helpful. They gave us a good deal on our new car, however dealing with multiple customers simultaneously can create lengthy wait times. Timely communication and inconsistent attention to detail when processing the sale led to some careless mistakes which the dealership was willing to correct but still caused some us unnecessary delays in getting our new vehicle which we love.
