I had an excellent experience at McGovern GMC Westborough. Ben, my salesman, was fantastic—he was helpful, never pushy, and kept great communication throughout the process. He really listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, and even… took the time to get to know me while sharing a bit about himself, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable. Omar in finance was just as great—super friendly, honest, and transparent about everything. The dealership itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a very convenient location. Overall, the entire process was stress-free and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend them!

by Oz on 11/25/2024I just purchased a McGovern Certified Pre-Owned car, and within two days, it developed severe transmission issues, rendering it unusable. The lack of customer support has been extremely disappointing—no returned calls or emails regarding… how to address the situation and defect. I was left to schedule a service appointment myself, which is five days away. In the meantime, I’m without a car and have received no assistance or response from McGovern GMC of Westborough. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this dealership.Great service

First thing I noticed Luis at the service desk was very polite and courteous and stated everything will be taking… care of. He also mentioned my car was certified pre-owned which I couldn't get information from Diamond in Auburn.Bad service

I walked into my appointment after calling ahead and requesting a loan car and upon arrival they denied me a loan car. I asked how long it would take as I am a… business man and I had products in my truck that would perish which is why I had asked beforehand for a loan car. The man known as Louis who was the service manager rudely denied me service, ripped up my service form, and yelled at me to get out of the establishment. I have not done anything wrong for this kind of service. My appointment was for the dealership to check my vehicle as it was still under factory warranty and they claim nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The mistake was theirs in the beginning meaning I had called ahead and let them know that last time I came in they were supposed to fix the mistake and did not just because I had mentioned that after they tell me it will take up to 2 hours for them to fix the mistake that should have been fixed last time they had my vehicle. After mentioning that the service manager did what he did and kicked me out.Repairs

I would not hesitate to come back and deal with Manny and McGovern again. He put the customer first and was a tremendous help narrowing down my… choices. He always kept our best interests in mind and will not hesitate to go above and beyond to service his customers. Kate in finance was a great help as well! She had all my warranty options explained in great detail with no pressure whatsoever. I can tell she also worked very hard to get us the best rates she can from available lenders. Overall great experience at McGovern!
