I would never recommend this place to anyone searching to purchase a vehicle. I walked into my appointment after calling ahead and requesting a loan car and upon arrival they denied me a loan car. I asked how long it would take as I am a business man and I had products in my truck that would perish which is why I had asked beforehand for a loan car. The man known as Louis who was the service manager rudely denied me service, ripped up my service form, and yelled at me to get out of the establishment. I have not done anything wrong for this kind of service. My appointment was for the dealership to check my vehicle as it was still under factory warranty and they claim nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The mistake was theirs in the beginning meaning I had called ahead and let them know that last time I came in they were supposed to fix the mistake and did not just because I had mentioned that after they tell me it will take up to 2 hours for them to fix the mistake that should have been fixed last time they had my vehicle. After mentioning that the service manager did what he did and kicked me out.
