McGovern GMC

I just purchased a McGovern Certified Pre-Owned car, and within two days, it developed severe transmission issues, rendering it unusable. The lack of customer support has been extremely disappointing—no returned calls or emails regarding how to address the situation and defect. I was left to schedule a service appointment myself, which is five days away. In the meantime, I’m without a car and have received no assistance or response from McGovern GMC of Westborough. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this dealership.
